Quick Kirana is a local grocery ordering and doorstep delivery service. Customers may browse available products, place orders for eligible delivery addresses and pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are subject to product availability, serviceability and successful payment/order confirmation.
We may collect account, contact, delivery-address and order information needed to process orders, provide delivery and customer support, process payments through the selected payment provider, and send essential service communications. We use such information only for legitimate service purposes and applicable legal requirements.
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched, subject to the order status. If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer account can vary by the payment provider or bank.
Delivery is available only to eligible addresses in our serviceable areas. We aim for fast local delivery, including a target of around 15 minutes where operationally possible; actual delivery time can vary due to distance, traffic, weather, product availability and other operating conditions. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before order confirmation.
Online payments, where enabled, are processed through the payment gateway/payment options shown at checkout. Quick Kirana does not treat an order as confirmed solely because a customer clicks a payment-completed button; order confirmation depends on successful payment/order verification.
